Situated about 35 miles from London, Stansted Airport is the London’s low-cost airport where Ryanair and Easyjet give more and more importance every year. The very big terminal is located on the east of a runway 23-05 meets many flights from all over Europe, and some flights from America. Compagnies Easyjet and Ryanair are based here. You can see many charters companies like XL, Monarch, My Travel, Titan Airways, Onur, Sun Express, or low-costs like Skyeurope, Norwegian and Wizzair. Some heavy cargo flights are operated everydays by Martinair, FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS.

The spotting trip at Stansted begins aboard the Ryanair flight FR9583 from Charleroi. After about 50 minutes we arrived at STN, just time to coach the « Pink Elephant » car park free bus. After some walk we were at the spotting point on the end of runway. In the evening, we were back to Charleroi with the Ryanair flight FR9586.
